SHIPPING
- Free Shipping on all orders over $25.00 in the 48 contiguous states. Any orders $25.00 or less will have a Flat Shipping rate of $5.00. Shipments outside the continental U.S. are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
- All rates are in U.S. Dollars
- Manufacturing & Shipping times vary depending on the vendor selection. An Email acknowledgment will be sent upon receipt of order or product inquiry indicating an approximate delivery date.
- Items may be shipped, depending on size and quantity, by Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, or Common Carrier.
- PLEASE NOTE: SOME ITEMS THAT WE OFFER ARE HAND CRAFTED AND REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR MANUFACTURING & SHIPPING.
- All Customized Orders require a 50% non refundable deposit and balance will be
due prior to shipping.
- Customized Orders cannot be cancelled and are non refundable and non returnable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
No Merchandise Will Be Accepted Without Prior Authorization.
Goods must be returned freight prepaid and be properly packed for safe shipment.
Any merchandise returned and found to be in good operating condition are subject
to a 20% restocking charge. If returning for restock, all merchandise must be returned
in its original box & original packing material and arrive back undamaged in order to receive proper credit with a 20% restocking charge. Items returned damaged cannot be accepted.
Product replacement will be made on any items identified as defective. We offer a
30 day warranty against product defect.
Please be sure to check the bulbs and that there is proper electrical current.
You will be given a return address at the time of authorization.
Montana Lighting & Designs reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns as most
items are made to order.

SHIPPING DAMAGES
All products are carefully packaged for safe shipping. Our responsibility ends when the goods
leave the warehouse. Claims for shipping damages must be filed with the delivery carrier
within their terms and time requirements. Any shortages or damages must be noted on the delivery receipt and if necessary, an inspection report promptly filed. |
